Did you know that many people in prison face challenges when accessing education? Prisoners' Education Trustfound that limited resources, lack of support, and feelings of isolation can hinder learning.Imagine this:John is released after serving a 15-year sentence. The world he is about to reintegrate back into has dramatically changed. He has minimal education and limited work experience. The job market has changed dramatically during his sentence. John struggles to find work that pays a living wage. Discouraged and financially insecure, he's more likely to re-offendto survive. This is a harsh reality for many long-term prison leavers who haven't had access to quality education.Education equips people with the skills to find good jobs, support their families, and contribute positively to society.Without education, the cycle continues. At Hardman Trust, we believe everyone deserves a chance to learn and grow.We support people on long sentences in their education journeys, helping them build a brighter future. It's disheartening to realize the often-overlooked issue of male modern slavery, and the statistics provided highlight the urgency of addressing this pervasive problem. International Men's Day serves as a crucial reminder that vulnerability knows no gender, and the increasing number of male victims demands our attention.Organizations like Causeway play a vital role in shedding light on this hidden crisis, fostering awareness, and providing the necessary support for male survivors to reclaim their lives. I know times are tough for all of us at the moment, but by donating, sharing this message and looking out for the men in our lives, we can actively participate in breaking the cycle of exploitation and helping these individuals find their way to recovery 🤝

🇺🇸🌟 Client HighlightWe have partnered with Men of Valor Ministry to make tees for their annual breakfast fundraiser over the past few years! Nationally, 70% of men released from prison will return. However, through Bible-based programming, aftercare/re-entry services, and the involvement of committed staff and volunteers, Men of Valor’s success rate beats both national and statewide statistics. In fact, for men who complete Men of Valor’s 6-month program inside the prison and 12-month program outside the prison, the recidivism rate is below 15%. Something different, could be your opportunity! I am assured the participants or should I say victims, will be well cared for. The sooner they raise their bail money the quicker they are released.Details of how to get involved below.
